Lance joined Sackett Waconia in 2014 as the Warehouse and Assembly Manager, and after 3 years transitioned to the Project Management team. With seven years of service in project management, Lance possesses comprehensive experience in overseeing projects from initiation to completion.
Residing in Norwood-Young America with his family, Lance enjoys playing pool, fishing, and hunting. He pursued his education at Ridgewater College in Hutchinson, MN, specializing in nondestructive testing.
