Rich has been working in the fertilizer industry for more than 15 years. All those years were spent managing operations that transload, blend or granulate fertilizers. Rich’s leadership in designing, upgrading, or operating Sackett Waconia fertilizer systems will help existing customers find new efficiencies in their current systems and grow market share with new customers. Rich is certified as an Inland Port Executive and Maritime Port Executive through the International Association of Maritime and Port Executives. He is also on the faculty of IAMPE where he teaches and certifies Inland Marine Terminal Operators how to run safe, efficient, and environmentally sound terminals. He and his wife live in Tampa Florida.
